Im STILL using the original 3.56 ps3updatelist. and im able to get online the same as i was BEFORE the 3.60 OFW.

So this is NOT needed.

Iv not actually tried getting online yet, iv just got in from collage. I seen everyone posting about 3.60 and bypassing so thought id need to change the update list.

DNS bypass will get patched AGAIN like always. I think sony can get important information from you that way (not exactly sure but maybe) and fukPSN has had a few people banned.... Charles seems to be the best way to bypass.

And if you dont want to use the charles and ps3dns method, there is a NEW spoofer for 3.60 which allows psn access on the fly with no PC needed. Its in the forums check it out.

3.60 spoofer........ Is it worth trying? Charles has been brilliant for me. I dont want to change methods if theres any risk involved. Like fukPSN got some people banned. It would be good to go on PSN without using a computer but im not sure weather to switch methods. What do you think?

It is worth trying, as its a homebrew app .pkg so you can easily turn it off and back on. Its nice, but i use charles still, because i can change my console ID and stuff.
