Well there isn't really anything else you can do, you can't downgrade or jailbreak 3.60.

Unfortunate enough as it is, jailbreaking your gaming console is a privilege not a right, so be happy with the times you had I guess :p.

not sure if this will help brick your PS3 put it into recovery mode. then do system firmware update make sure ether net cable is out if it wireless turn off modem or firewall your ps3's ip all to hell so nothing get through then i think it tries to check with server and fails and then u downgrade to 3.55 ofw from usb not sure but i have heard this method every were you could just put it into recovery mode without brick. but BRICK = HIGHLY RECOMMENDEp
