I'm sorry to tell you but I wish we could have 3.56 CFW but like I said earlier, there is a rootkit on 3.56 which means even if someone made a 3.56 cfw it will only match with their ps3. so it's impossible to install their custom firmware to yours because all you will get is an error

If you kept updated on the hacking scene you would know that the root-kit is fake. It doesn't exist, it was a myth.

hmmm you are right sir lol I need to keep myself updated but yes I have tried to install cfw from Deft lmao it didn't work. ok I'm sorry but I can't spam in this thread anymore

if you can make your ps3 go bak to firmware 3.56 by backing up your ps3 and restoring it bak then why dont u upload the backup online and let people download it and restore there ps3 with it back down to 3.56 or whatever firmware u r on

What the backup does is keep a backup of just the file system, now the whole ps3. When you restore a backup, it's just the file system that's being replaced.
