damn lol now its getting complicated could you give me a link for this my current ps3 is a fat 80 gig reverse compatability but its on 3.60 my other one is alot lower than 3.55 its broken but i was thinkin i could fix it (it overheated not ylod it just stays on for like 30 seconds) could you give me a tutorial on how to transfer motherboards or whatever part the 3.60 firmware update is on and whatever part the lower than 3.55 is on because i dont know if they are in the same part thanks!

Sorry man the motherboard is Married to the other Components. And the chip is Genuine to each ps3 so their all different. If you wanted to reflash it using the device above im pretty sure you'd have to build and Solder it yourself . That Reflasher is built by Sven from Fail0verflow. Not sure where to buy one if you even could :O Sorry man BUT Mathieulh has supposedly came out with a 3.60 Jailbreak. Check this.
