I cannot create PSN account on sp-int and on prod-qa too.When i try to do it i get message "The connection to the server timed out" and it return me to XMB.I connect my ps3 to internet by wireless.

PS.Ofc i use Rebug 3.55.1 CFW

How about going to 3.55 OFW and re-installing rebug, doing everything all over again that might help.

i trying all thing's . Install OFW and after that CFW , i use all options in recovery mode i know now PSN doesnt work and after they work i try to do it again.

It hasn't been hacked, Get a grip.

EDIT: My apologies, I haven't checked on the situation since this morning. They have not yet confirmed that they have been hacked however it is looking increasingly likely.
