OK copy the data to the root of a memory stick. Then go to system settings and install other os. Go up one and change the default os and then change it to other os. It will restart and load into linux and thats you.

so it never installs the os more just runs it every time you need it from the usb? so i'm guessing i couldn't install any new programs inside of linux and have them still be there on the next boot?
Iv not fully worked out all the kinks and what is possible and what isn't , but hopefully i will come up with a few programs.I nkow theres a few emulators i can try out for linux.
