OK copy the data to the root of a memory stick. Then go to system settings and install other os. Go up one and change the default os and then change it to other os. It will restart and load into linux and thats you.

First link contains a corrupted archive, and the second simply doesn't work.

the first link is fine but it the rootfs.img file is corrupt and the rapidshare link is down.

Can you install this to your hard drive cause it would load a ton faster than off usb into ram...
