Post: Lag time with wired switch

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); well i had hopes that i would get some decent lag time in cod waw, but frankly, its the same with my wireless one

my setup is

modem/router ----- (s) ---network switch ------ps3

8-10 secs on cod waw, havent tried psn.

btw this all at once, not pressing it on and off.


its a foot switch, and ive followed the lag settings.

according to speedtest.net on ps3 browser

4.8 mb download
0.6 mb upload

ye its my max upload, funny becuase my isp gives me

16mb download
0.7 upload

there the specs

also do u find u get more lag with nat type 3?, however wen im nat type 3 i cant invite ppl

I can't even get Nat 2 because I cannot use dmz and I forwarded all the ports but I still don't get 2 (I'm 3)

same problem i had

what you have to do, is dmz ports from your modem to your routers ip, then from your router dmz to the ps3.

Explain clearly please I do not fully understand
If you mean go to modem setup dmz
& enable my router's ip address then on my router for dmz put the ps3's ip address i did that didnt work
