Kinda new here but spent ample time reading through forums and listening to people in lobbies..this being why I have 2 PS3s. There's LOTS of contradicting tutorials here and none mention anything about Jailbreaking 3.42 etc. Just want to mod it and do data transfers or whatever so I can host custom lobbies. Can you gentlemen help a brother out? Tutorials, Links, whatever helps, I'm a quick learner

It doesn't work that way you need to update to 3.55 OFW then you can update to 3.55 CFW.

why do some user's mention using firmwares lower than 3.55 if it's the best?

k, gonna update to 3.55 OFW now. gonna download to usb, update then look for a CFW. Are some better than others

3.41 is a really good fw run unsigned code does not need to be sign with the 3.55 keys but 3.55 most stuff come out for it

OMG its a lot, ok $10 to anyone willing to walk me through getting patches on my ps3 so I can host. I'm willing to pay for my impatience

no but i show you how to transfer patches and show you what stuff you need lol and it for pc
