While psn is still open to CFW, if you use a proxy server, you can get the url of the .pkg files for your dlc by redownloading them....Then, when you activate your cfw ps3, it should download all of the .rif files and act.dat......With all that, theoretically, you should be able to use the dlc.

If that doesn't work, then check out reactpsn.

reactpsn can be used to activate your dlc or psn games that you legally purchased from psn.....You would need a copy of the act.dat from your ps3. Without that, don't bother with reactpsn.
