So should I use Elite mossy's patch blocker and when I'm on PSN on my OFW PS3, redownload the dlc and when it redownloads, I deactivate the OFW PS3 and sign in on the OFW PS3 and activate it. After it's activated, what do I do next?

Do a barrel roll!
I'm not familiar with that patch. I use rebug along with their 4.11 spoof. Then, using a proxy, you go ahead and download the the pkg's from psn, while getting the url of it. As soon as the download starts, the ps3 will download the .rif and act.dat files. Once you have the act.dat, rif files and the pkg files for the dlc you can use it going forward once psn is blocked for cfw.

Ok, I'll give it a shot. So, when i use proxy, do I type anything in the IP, or should I leave it blank?
