For those of you with hardware flashers and valid dumps, you can be at ease of mind while you attempt to install this DEX firmware on your CEX console. If you do not have both the hardware flasher and the valid dump, then it is suggested that you do not attempt CEX to DEX with your console, as it could end up in a brick, or possibly stuck on a firmware that you can not get out of.

Damm Just tryed on old phat ps3 on ofw 4.20 , i can't believe im in dex mode but i still am wondering if it can possibly brick at anytime??

can i install this dex firmware from kmeaw and then go back to 3.55 ofw or any 3.55 cfw?

id advise you to stay on 3.55 as you may brick your ps3
