FAQ:
Q: It doesn't work!
A: After you have saved the options, try hard-rebooting your PS3. It should work afterwards.
(make sure you have replaced CA27.cert)

Some people might not want to go through all the work of getting FPSN to be routed from their computer, so, here is another way:

1) Boot your PS3 up!
2) Make sure you have replaced CA27.cer with the latest one for FckPSN - many tutorials can be found for doing this on the net. Go have a quick look.

4) Go ahead, and test connection - voila! If you've done it right, it should be fine and working.


Note: You're done! However, you may need to hard-reboot your console (power plug), and then try to connect to PSN again if it doesn't work first time. If it doesn't work after that, drop a comment and I'll try fix the problem. Normally repeatedly restarting your PS3 will fix any problems.

what region are you in?


UK i think that could be the problem, maybe your server is in us, don't worry now because i got access via fkpsn, i'm syncing my trophies now, maybe this work fine for someone else who is closer to the server.

i did everthing you said and still i can not sign in??? when i test connection psn access fails or i try to sign in and it says to update.

lol i did bro, i told you i made sure i did everything you said to do, but still nothing.. i couldnt use ps3openftp so i did it through awsomefilemanager and it let me replace the cert then i goto network settings and set it up like you say but still nothing,, thanks for anwsering back tho
