Thats not exactly true, Geohot got help and used FailOverflows exploit and work after unsuccessfully trying to hack the PS3 himself. He did however develop the payload that turned the PS3 scene on its head. I agree hes one of the devs that are at the forefront but he doesnt and shouldnt deserve all the credit.

The LV0 key can't be changed so all future firmwares can be easily decrypted. This is just news for the sake of news, it's nothing big.
