What I will however give you is : PS Unban, this is a tool to Unban your ps3 on both 4.21 and 3.55 firmwares (different pkg's) (the 4.21 should work on both but meh), no console ID needed.
If it gets fixed i'll patch it a few times.
GUIDE:
Install "PS_Unban v0.2" On your PS3. (Delete any older PS_Unban app)

Only use the Blackscreen fix versions IF you have blackscreen issue, chances are you won't be able to read instructions (On black screen fix)
Once you have installed PS Unban, run it.
When it opens,
Press X if your on firmware 4.21
OR
Press the start button if your on 3.55
OR
Press the Square if your on 4.30
The application will then unban you and close automatically.
You can now sign into PSN.
This was created by me so for the love of god don't start dishing donations out to people or what not, since people are trying to claim donations for my work -__-
Donations to me however would be appreciated if you want it kept up-to-date.
Donate now for unique private build... much longer before banned.
P.S - This has to be ran everytime PS3 is started, I might release semi-perma unban in future.

I have not seen any update on this thread for a while. so I assumed it was dead, because every time I touched it, so it was not new to unban where no update. I know deneo24's version was banned for 2 days ago. but have not seen that this has been updated in the last few days. correct me if I'm wrong.

well.. you can make your own ps unban, just change the console id that 0x00 use with your own.
i change it, install it, but its a black screen, then back to xmb. any fix?
i cant understand why people want him to make a new 1. all have bin banned (7 console id ) that i know of. include thos from deneo.
it takes few hours and it will get banned, to much players go to BLOPS 2. im not banned on my 4.30CFW i just want to hide my original console id. and it works.
i cant find the problem. it will not load the unban from xmb.
BTW: thnx to 0x00 for the app, without you i could not do this. i hope you all try to make your own psunban.
it will last much longer, and no kid can get you banned. if you get banned, its your own fault.

yea did u include a matching PSID with it as well since console id's get banned with in an hour if u do not have a matching PSID going with it
