Well no actually it isn't. It's actually is a 4.31 cfw but after 3.55 the ability to instal cfw was patched and it way too hard for anyone to decrypt. So you need 3.55 to instal.

Your using the private keys to sign it to a 3.55 which makes a 3.55-CFW

Yeah obviously, you can't instal cfw above 3.55...It runs all games above 3.55, signs in no gimmicks..What more do you want to call it a 4.31 cfw..besides instal on ofw which won't happen.It has all the features of 4.31, why wouldn't it be called that...If it were as simple as a spoofer I would understand.
