DUE TO A TROJAN I WILL NO LONGER CONTINUE THIS SERVICE. I WILL RELEASE A TUTORIAL WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK SO STAY TUNED![/B]

-All you have to do is provide the image in full HD (nothing complicated)
-The text you wish me to put in it (can prove you're own image or text) NOTE. i cant do any 3d text yet so please provide you're own if you want it.
-The startup sound you want.(OPTIONAL) can be a any type just send me a link from youtube and the section pf the song you want. (HAS TO BE UP TO 8 SECONDS LONG)
-Placement of everything

-Go to dev_rebug - vsh - resource <<< Copy the files here.
