As you know, ps_unban tool actually does changes in lv2, but when restarting the system it actually resets it back. So you will have to run the homebrew each time you boot your ps3.
Here it is:

How to use
So, you can simply add it to PS_Unban package (by 0x00) doing the next steps:
-Unpack Ps_unban's pkg using pkgview or pkg toolkit (You must login or register to view this content.)
-Unself the EBOOT.BIN file inside USRDIR , using scetool (in cmd: scetool -d EBOOT.BIN EBOOT.ELF)
-Open the EBOOT.ELF file in You must login or register to view this content. and go to offset: 0x1AA8B0 and paste write (ctrl+b) firsts 16 numbers of the console id.
-In HxD, go to offset 0x1AA898 and paste write (ctrl+b) the remaining part of the consoleid.
-Save your EBOOT and self it back, then pack the pkg.
All credits for Ps_unban go to 0x00

Tested it, the 4.30 Version and it is not working, patched

Yes it is patched and use de same console id póster on this forum. I manage to convert .elf to .bin ,but now im stock where you have to create the .pkg , It is theft any good and easy to use pkg builder ,because I used Astoolps3 v3 , trueancestor pkg creator v1 and ps multi tool v8 and none seems to work. I have a console id from my other never banned ps3 ,but spend 5 hours trying to put the console id on the unban tool without any luck. I am stuck don't know how to build the pkg. any help will be nice

i dont quite think its as simple as that as my priv build runs fine on dex its just the offsets are different as ive tried to unban on dex and had no luck :| also im unsure what the console id holds but if it doesnt already have a target id in there itd need to be a cex target id...
