Former Black Knight.
Vampytwist had the idea so thank him really, but he wanted me to post this because he said he was to lazy. Anyhow, he got this idead because I was complaining about not being able to do it. Somehow though, it worked. I can confirm it does also.
Things Needed:
How To:
1.) Have your friend port forward his IP.
2.) Connect to your friend's port forwarded IP on your ps3.
3.) And then have your friend follow the steps in You must login or register to view this content.
In conclusion, I hope this works for you, as how it did for me.

Meh, just change the PS Unban console id to yours. That way you don't need a flash drive with your console id on it in your PS3 every time you turn on your PS3.
