(if your using wifi then skip this step)then unplug your ethernet cable from the ps3. turn the ps3 on plug the ethernet cable in and connect to your ip thrue target manager. step 2. once your conneted click the return to xmb button.

Hey i know this is old but do you have anyway of fixing this if you can't connect to target manager?
