Well anyways I called playstation up an here's how you can unbann your console on OFW or CFW:

Call up Sony: 1 (877) 971-7669
Tell them you just bought a ps3 off ebay two weeks ago and recieved it today. When you try to create an account it says this console has been banned or temporarily suspended. Ask them why and what you can do. Seem like super mad at the people who you bought it from and just role play like you actually did. Then they will say call back this day and this time and we will help you. They also say you need a proof of purchase. That's easy. Create a fake ebay listing for a ps3 for 99 cents and pay yourself. Then you will have proof of purchase. Make sure you make it believable. In the description put like a perfect ps3 used with a game and controller. All cords.

Then click but now and pay the dollar to yourself. Now get the proof of purchase receipt and you golden pony boy.

I just did this worked like a charm.. Hope you have the same results!

Guys it's really easy to do. Takes twenty minutes. And if you have a CFW just say its on 4.31 OFW and also the never ask. They only ask for your problem and your serial number. Can anyone donate me money or whatever so I can get my OFW downgraded? Can anyone help me out?

Tried it the they said they cant do anything about it. Once its banned its permanent.

This is going to only work until someone from Sony joins this site and sees that we did this and then they reban the unbanned ones or you just get banned again from modding and then it never works again.

no, actually if sony were to let people get away with this, joining this site or not would not tell them if the people calling are really legit, as im sure some do buy banned consoles not knowing what they are doing......and i highly doubt sony will unban anyone this way, they have a NO answer to give b4 they even answer the phone......bad customer service really, with the ps4 comming out, they will lose a lot of customers that will just buy the new xbox if buying a new system......especially considering sony is screwing their customers again by not making the ps4 backwards compatible with ps3 games, and i believe the new xbox is compatible with everything back to the first xbox.... i have an xbox 360 modded, and ive never been banned, my ps3 i gave up on trying, sony gets hard over banning people
