Yeah but like BuC-Shotz stated and my thread points out, games like BLOPS 2 actually search for certain folders that are known for homebrew and also looks in the app_home/ directory to see if a backup has been played. History isn't everything.

I researched and History.xml is part of the web browser which PSNinja v4 clears, the two files that are sent to Sony that again are in my thread already are Patch.dat and Game.dat.

Okay to clear all this up, a lot of the info is wrong.

1) history.xml is the FUCKING web browser history and has nothing to do with game history.
2) The three files that are sent to Sony are the game.dat, patch.dat and boot_history.dat.
3) Many newer games(like BLOPS2) look in the app_home/ directory to check to see if a backup has been played on the system
4) Just like in 3, new games also check for folders used by homebrew apps like PSNinja and MultiMan
5) If a person has PSid and a console ID then they already know how it works
6) You don't have to disconnect from the internet when you run PSNinja just sign out of PSN/SEN

i dont know much about ps3 history...

They "scan" it everytime you connect to PSN, they are not constantly scanning every PS3 at ALL times.

here's my method to save my console id as long as possible
before spoofing ur consile id with paid patch u first disable the internet connection from NETWORK SETTING
then u ready to spoof ur console id ,
because psn send the id information u can see that in snif backet, so u shall disable connection.
thats my poor way but it works fine and it save my console id too long time

Nour is right about this....i once took the id's off an old console, i know they were good, and used them on my good console.......i used the internet on it to do some things, never tried to sign into psn, but 3 or 4 days later, the first time i tried to sign into psn, i was banned.....so yes, sony is scanning your system through just the internet, you dont need to be on psn...........which leads to a legal question really....does sony have the right to scan a console you paid for and own, through a internet connection you pay for each month, and does not condone your privacy to be invaded by anyone, including sony......without actually signing into a service sony owns and runs.....NO they do not, there are laws against it, several actually....and i don't care if they sneak some tos thing in about it or try to say when you bought the console , you are only buying the right to use it, lol.......you bought it, u have the reciept, and was no agreement on that receipt saying your only buying the right to use it.....and they certainly have no right telling you, you cannot mod a console you own and paid for.....so sony can say or tos whatever they like, they still have to follow the law like everyone else........considering what sony is doing, who are the real illegal hackers??
