1) This post is dumb, There IS a TOS to use PSN. They aren't banning your internet, they are banning your console from there service. They own the servers and they control who can access it. It doesn't stop you from playing games on single player. The console is yours, the servers ARE NOT! IT DOES NOT BRING UP LEGAL QUESTIONS AT ALL!
2) You were already banned with a PS3 on a specific MAC address, PSID and a specific ConID which means you were flagged by their servers as a TOS violator then you tried to use a different ConID on the same MAC address and PSID. It's no wonder you got banned again! :dumb:
I love how kids modding CoD think they own the servers and know how the servers work exactly when simple thought process will explain why they got banned. It is absurd to believe that Sony is able to live scan all of the thousands of consoles at all times. Not to mention that they scan the 3 files that get uploaded to them. The processing power alone would be almost impossible. So you think they have servers powerful enough to do all of this and they don't receive money to run them from PSN users. :dumb:

This forum is going to shit fast :boss:
i never said they scan ALL consoles, and yea, it is true sony scans you even when ur not on THEIR service.......my console broke back around when all the banns started months back, it was old, i had another, brand new and unopened, that i purchased for my nephews birthday awhile back......he wanted a xbox 360 instead, as he had original xbox games he wanted to be able to use on it, and he didnt want a system that didnt even bother to include backwards compat....amazing ,the ps4 isnt gonna include that either (can anyone say next console xbox 720, lol)......anyway....i kept the ps3 myself, cause my old one was starting to show signs of problems.......when i started to use it i was happy to see it was on 3.55 ofw.....so soon i installed cfw on it but didn't use or try to sign into psn, because i figured a fix would come out sooner or later, i did use the internet on it tho........guess what......i finally gave in because i wanted to play online, and tried to sign into psn.....and i couldnt, i was banned b4 ever signing in, was a new account too......soooo, they obviously banned me b4 i ever used their service....which obviously means they knew i was on cfw b4 i ever used their service...and only way to do that is thru my internet connection....so again.....their ARE laws against them tapping into a console i own and paid for......and also laws against them tapping into my internet connection to do so, as their so called tos only gives then a legal right to scan my system while i am using their service, not b4 i sign into it............both you and the person that started this thread are giving your opinions on banning......and he is right about getting banned by just having internet on, as i know that by a fact by my own experience i just described.........hes basicly trying to help, right or wrong, and ur giving your opinions, which they are, because you are wrong about them only finding out you are on cfw and banning if you use their service, so other things could be wrong.... but your purpose is really to knock his opinions, not prove yours....and lets face it......you and him, even tho u may know a little more, are getting your info by what you hear to be true...and no one knows exactly what sony's methods are for a fact, they are only educated guesses........so before you knock what he's saying or call something else i know to be true by my own proven experience, dumb....you should make sure you know it all first.... as for the creator of this thread...congrats, you are trying to help...but....you should add to the post the words, in my opinion....as for the know it all that says sony isnt breaking laws, your wrong....there is no tos unless you use sony's service, and in my case, they obviosly got their info b4 i ever did..........
