It mite be a hard process but I am sure u cannot advertise this service through this site as u require a VALID console id from the Person to do it....
I also cannot see any point of this unless u need ur OFW unbanned but then you still gonna have trouble getting eidRootkey dump .. so pretty much this is useless service that requires a valid Console id... I recommend sticking to spoofing atleast no1 else knows the CID u are using to Spoof ....

I still don't see how that is good if u have a cid Id and a JB ps3... why would u want to goto OFW...specialy how the person getting ur CID Is most probably going to use it, maybe not now maybe not tomorrow but eventualy he will need a CID too and will use the ones gained from this service... no doubt..
so you will put ur JB ps3 onto OFW to unban it ( even tho u could of just unbanned by spoofing ) and if some1 else uses id and gets ur console banned... u have a banned OFW ps3... fuk that
