When 4.30 was released, the T&S (Terms and Service) was updated stating that if you hack or exploit the PS3 you can get console banned. When you accept the T&S is when you update to 4.30 which 3.55 consoles didn't do. If 3.55 never accepted the T&S then that means that Sony has no right to console ban people. Also when you sign in with a spoofer, it clearly states that you are accepting the Privacy Policy, not T&S. If this is a potential loop hole, contact Sony support and demand a un-ban.

What if we figured out a way to send a CFW or lower OFW to the PS3 with the System Update. Because it checks the validity online, could you not just use packet sniffing or whatever to intercept the verification and send the PS3 a custom one that tells the firmware that it is official? Just a thought. I'm no dev or programmer of any sort. I came up with this idea when I was playing around with packet sniffing the PS3 when I was signing in to PSN and it wouldn't complete the sign in unless I went to my computer and clicked accept to let the packet through. There must be a way to change it.

they cant Unban console
Sony stated once PS3 Console is Banned there is no way back .

Feelin' Fine.
No they CANNOT hence the word PERMANENT CONSOLE BAN. I tried myself lawyers and everything cause of my Console ID. I don't have a hacked PS3...and there WAS nothing they could do! So PLEASE don't mislead fellow NGU members! PEOPLE your console ID is linked to your serial THERE IS NO REVERSAL OF A CONSOLE BAN!
