This might actually work in some way shape or form, just don't pre-order the games until the day after it actually comes out in the U.S.
Because, FIFA 14 is already out but yet they ask us to pre-order it on the Qatar account..

But when i pre-ordered it, it never gave me a notice like the other games did saying "Expected payment"
It just went straight to download.
and gave me(Theme, Game & Full game upgrade)

I can be wrong, but i'm downloading it now and i'll let you guys know what happens.

Didn't work, try to run it after full installment and download and got a error. Didn't even take me to payment method or anything which was weird.

i bet when the day comes you will be taken to the payment screen.

It'll try to take money out of your account a little before the games release.

Will SONY ban only the account who preordered or the console + all other accounts ?

This does not work. When the game comes out you will get a renew popup. And it would be off your download list. So it doesn't really work.
