First of all: My english is bad, and credits go to BrinkerzHD for saving my ps3.
1: Put e3 card reader in PC
2: Go to E3 Upgrader folder
3: Drag a file that you will need to download
4: Eject
5: Follow BrinkerzHD tutorial.

This worked for me and I hope it works for you to.
