Step 1: Put the UPDAT.PUP file on a USB in the folder PS3 > UPDATE > and plug it into your PS3 while it is OFF.

Step 2: Turn on your PS3 and remove any games that are in the DVD drive. Proceed to Settings > System Update > Update Via Storage Media

Step 3: Accept all the terms and install the update.

Step 4: Once the update is complete your PS3 should restart itself and you will be on 4.46 DEX!

Step 1: Download and put the .pkg file on your USB, then plug it into your PS3.

Step 2: On your PS3, go to Package Manager > Install Package Files > Standard Package Location and click "PS3ITA_Manager_v1.40.pkg" and install.

Step 3: Once that is installed, run the app. *You will be prompted to create GAMEZ folder, just click yes* Then adjust your screen then press X to continue.

Step 4: You should get this with some funky music.

Step 6: Press X on "Restore Original Console ID (EID5)" - Once done, press TRIANGLE twice to exit to XMB
