Steps
1.Plug Ps3 into Wireless Router via ethernet cable
2.Go in to ps3 and change network settings to Wired
3.Download and install ProDg Target Manager
4. Open ProDg Target manager
5.Press +add target at top left
6.Make it a debugging station
7.type in Ip adress for ps3
8.Right click on your ps3 in target manager and press connect
9.it should connect
10. Go into Debug options on ps3 and make sure it has this
Release Check Mode > Development Mode
Boot Mode > System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug > Single Setting
11.Download a RTM tool and a Debugged boot for the game you are trying to mod
12.Load up game and press Connect and attach
13. It Should connect and attach then enjoy RTMing



Extra things you should know:
1.Laptop must be connected to the same router that the ps3 is
2.If you are on a banned ps3 you must change your console id to sign on PSN
