Post: Tools not connecting to target manager *FIX*

You get an error. ex. You must login or register to view this content.
Here's how to fix it.
You could always restart your computer, which is easy enough... but sometimes not the right time for it. So here's an easier way to fix this issue.
Step 1: Press Cntrl + Alt + Delete buttons all at the same time. A screen will pop up, choose "Task manager".
Step 2: Go into "Processes".

Step 3: Find any processes with/related to "Target Manager" and right click, "END TASK". You must login or register to view this content.
Step 4: Go into "Details" and find "Ps3tm.exe", "ps3tmgui.exe", and "ps3tmserver.exe", and right click, end task on all of them.

Step 5: Start up target manager once again, and reconnect ps3. And connect and attach a tool successfully!
