Unfortunately, the E3 NOR Flasher cannot be used on NAND consoles!!!

True, but you need to point out that some slims, CECH25XX manufactured after 4/2011 cannot be downgraded due to metldr2

How do you dual boot with the e3 flasher?!

you had to update the flasher with the dual boot update data. I have a folder on my desktop which comes with everything you need to for an E3 Flasher. I'll make a thread

Idk about the video. It should be the same process. When you update it the flasher via the TF board. Instead of using the normal update .bin file use the the dualboot upgrade.bin file
