FOLLOW THESE STEPS CAREFULLY

FOLLOW AT YOUR OWN RISKS!
STEPS:
Start off here:
INSTALL OFW ( OFFICIAL FIRMWARE ) 3.55.

JAILBREAK YOUR PS3 WITH KMEAW CFW.
You must login or register to view this content.
Go to the computer, download and install these on the ps3:
INSTALL QA FLAGS! ( TO DOWNGRADE WITHOUT E3 FLASHER )

RUN QA FLAGS ( SHOULD GET BLACK SCREEN AND THEN GO BACK TO XMB )
INSTALL EEID ROOT KEY DUMPPER!

RUN THE EEID ROOT KEY DUMPPER. ( PS3 SHOULD SHUTDOWN. JUST TURN IT BACK ON )
INSTALL MULTIMAN
You must login or register to view this content.
OPEN MULTIMAN AND USE THE DESKTOP FILEMANAGER
OPEN dev_hdd0 THEN tmp
COPY EEID ROOT KEY TO USB BY THESE STEPS:

PRESS X ONCE, THEN CIRCLE COPY IT
GO BACK TO dev_USB000 AND PRESS O AND PAST
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Once done with the steps above, download and install these on your CFW:
INSTALL 4.21 REBUG ( MAKE SURE THERE IS NO DISK IN YOUR PS3 )

INSTALL REBUG TOOLBOX

RUN REBUG TOOLBOX AND LOCATE EXPORT TO FLASH ( MAKE SURE USB IS IN SECOND SLOT! )
PRESS EXPORT TO FLASH
PUT USB IN THE COMPUTER!
Now on the computer follow these steps carefully:
NOW ON YOUR CUMPUTER, DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL c2d!

EXTRACT THE c2d_openssl.rar TO C:/ AND INSTALL openSSL
MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL IT TO THE C:/ DRIVE
( RENAME THE FOLDER TO "openssl" )
PUT YOUR EI_ROOT_KEY AND YOUR NOR/NAND DUMP IN THE c2d FOLDER
RENAME THE DUMP TO "flashCEX.bin" AND ADD .bin TO EID_ROOT_KEY!
--- YOUR FOLDER SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS! ------

OPEN A COMMAND PROMT IN THE c2d FOLDER BY PRESSING, (CTRL+SHIFT + right click > Open a command window here )
TYPE THIS IN THE COMMAND PROMT!

OUTPUT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS!

TAKE YOUR 2 DUMPS AND RENAME ( flashCEX.bin + flashDEX.bin TO WHAT IS BELLOW
IF YOUR REGULAR DUMP WAS A NORBIN FILE THEN:
------------------------------------------------
Rename your original CEX dump to CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN (16mb)
------------------------------------------------
IF YOUR REGULAR DUMP WAS A NANDBIN FILE THEN:
------------------------------------------------
or CEX-FLASH.EID0.NANDBIN (239mb or 256mb)
------------------------------------------------
WHATEVER YOUR flashCEX WAS, CHANGE THE DEX DUMP TO THE RIGHT FILE TYPE!
------------------------------------------------
DEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN (16mb)
OR
DEX-FLASH.EID0.NANDBIN (239mb or 256mb)
Then place on USB001 (right slot)
------------------------------------------------
PUT THESE FILES IN THE c2d FOLDER ON THE ROOT OF YOUR USB!
PUT USE INTO THE PS3 IN THE FARTHEST SLOT TO THE RIGHT NEAR THE BLURAY DRIVE!
Go back to ps3 follow theses steps now:
OPEN REBUG TOOLBOX, AND BROWSE FOR "REWRITE TARGET ID IN FLASH"

A COUPLE OF WARNING BOXES WILL POP UP, CLICK YES ON BOTH!
CONVERT YOUR LVL2 KERNAL TO DEX"
SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS You must login or register to view this content.
YOU ARE NOW ON DEX ( debug ) 4.21 firmware
NOW TO GET ONLINE WITH 4.50ita!
You must login or register to view this content.
DOWNGRADE 4.21 DEX TO 3.55 DEX!
USE THIS .PUP TO DOWNGRADE!\
You must login or register to view this content.
INSTALL PS3ita 4.50
USE THIS .PUP TO INSTALL 4.50ita!
You must login or register to view this content.
INSTALL PS3ita MANAGER!
You must login or register to view this content.
OPEN PS3ita MANAGER
A.) WHEN OPENED, PRESS START
B.) GO TO NETWORK TOOLS
C.) RESTORE ORIGINAL CONSOLE ID
D.) QUIT PS3ita AND SIGN IN!

Do a barrel roll!
can you help me when i attempt to convert my ied and nor dump to dex it says it can't find my nor dump and i have the files in the right location..any help would be appreciated... btw im on rogero cfw atm because i dont want to stay on rebug because i cant use ccapi. but i have already retrieved my ied and my nor dump multiple times
