2. Put all the .pkg files on youre USB & plug it into youre USB slot farthest to the right.
3. Go to ★ Package Manager - ★ Install Package Files - ★ Standard Package Location
4. Now, you can install all the .pkg files by pressing △ on ★ Standard Package Location and pressing x on the Install All Packages option.
5. Once all the .pkg files are installed, go to PS3ITA and once it starts up press ►START go to, Network Tools & Then go to Set New Console ID Then change the last Number or Letter to something Random.
6. Press ►START Once youre done and now press x on Restore Original Console ID (EID5)
7. Now go to Return, & Return again.
8. Hold the PS button and when the Little Option Menu pops us Select, Quit Game.
9. Now, on the XMB go to PSNinja and press x on it.
10. Once it pops up press x on all the options, make sure they say "Done..."
11. Press x on the Exit Option.
12. Now if you have Rebug CFW you need to install ★ Rebug Toolbox - You must login or register to view this content.
13. Now go into ★ Rebug Toolbox & Go to the Toolbox ICON and select system mode & change it to Normal.
14. Press down on the DPAD and select the Debug Menu Type & Make it DEX for additional options.
15. Hold the PS button and select Quit Game.
16. On the XMB go over to the ToolBox ICON and go all the way down to ★ Debug Settings.
17. In there make sure NP Environment is set to np
18. Once you do that keep going down until you find, Network Settings for Debug.
19. Select it & change it to Single Settings.
20. Once you do all that if you want to play Legit on a CFW system go to the PSN patch .pkg and launch it.
21. Press x & if you want to verify any games so you can play them there are additional options to the side.
22. Hold the PS button and Quit Game.
23. reActPSN is just an extra .pkg if you ever ant to play downloaded games that need to be verified for you to be the owner, make sure you make a profile called "aa" and launch reActPSN from that profile.
24. For someone with Rogero or any other firmware i advise you use SEN Enabler - SEN Enabler v5.2.3 [CEX] [4.50] as its the best option for non-Rebug firmwares. You will also need to be on CEX
25. If youre on CFW lower than 4.50 & 4.40 Use PS Unban - You must login or register to view this content.
26. Additionally you can obtain another Console ID & Just swap it with youre current Banned one using PS3ITA Network Tools.

Anything to help out people on NGU is fucking awesome. That, being said there are a few things that I would like to point out on your thread that you might wanna consider.

There are too many STEPS bro 1-26. You might wanna separate them into sections. One sections being "How to get online with CFW" and the other being "Try to prevent BAN"
When trying to read this I kinda get lost a little and it doesn't flow. Everything is lumped up together making it harder for the reader or noob to comprehend what is what.

For example: I get 1-11. But then landing on 12-19 it falls apart. I know you are referring to Rebug-REX. But, you might wanna make like a side note like " People on Rebug-REX please follow these steps to get online properly"....or this should be on "How to go online with REBUG CFW" or something. I feel this part does not belong in the steps on how to "try to prevent Ban"
I believe that the Rebug Toolbox options are not available to some CFW

Step 23. If you gonna mention how REactPSN works. PLEASE don't half-assed bro.

And forgetting the "exdata" folder and the usb on the right most port. Also, you can be signed in to your original account to run reactPSN. There is much much more on this topic.

Advise to use for what purpose? If its for changing the consoleID........
Then you should tell the user that they can either use SEN enabler, PSNpatch or PS3ita on Rogero or non-Rebug firmware. I am using PSNpatch with my lovely Rogero with no problems and I feel it is the best option. But, in the end, let the user decided.
Though they share some functions....SEN enabler, PSNpatch and PS3ita have different functionality on there own. Some do more than the others and some do less.

These are my 2 cents on this thread bro. I would link it with my thread but I still think you have much more work to do bro.

why cant I attach any RTM tools to any games when i disable cfw syscalls with psnpatch? i can connect the tools fine but cannot attach to the game. is this normal? is there a way to fix this? just want to make it "safer" when modding my games online. on Rogero 4.50 Cex, Ccapi
