a lot of people can on here, but they need to sign in on your psn account to apply the mods, so..........only let peeps with good rep and feedback do that, and it is possible with the latest ghosts update, but we all have to thank the people creating all those lovely and un-fcuking- believable RTM tools, and also to enstone for allowing rtm on cex, here is a trustworthy person
