Just drag and drop your .pkg file on the CFW 4.5x PKG Resigner--(Drag Here)--Hishamage.bat and your package will
be resigned..That syscon is changed to a higher version OF XXXX.PKG

Little tutorial:
1.Drop your pkg in folder Hishamage 4.53 PKG or Hishamage 4.50 PKG.
2.Drop your pkg on the file CFW 4.5x PKG Resigner--{Drag Here}--Hishamage
To change syscon 99%

Works on All 4.XX CFWs Including 3.XX and 4.53.
