I am not sure where to post this, but seeing how was focused on Game Data ID's, Game saves and save modifications (cheats) I figured this would be most fitting.

Now the story is, has been shut down (by GingerBread, the moderator??) , the domain name is for sale as of yesterday. He deleted his twitter, so I don't know the full story.

That website is also directly linked with BSD (BruteforceSaveData). You were able to download the whole library of cheats and saves through BSD.
So now I am wondering:

Does anyone happen to have the update file of the cheats repository of last week? (anything more recent is helpful) Since my last BSD update is from July 31st 2013 or so. (Some games weren't to be found on that site, so I needed to make my own cheats)

I'm sure there are some. (People who upload modded saves most likely used BSD with )

Anyway, it's a sad day for BSD. I know modded saves are available and that PS3Cheating.net isn't the only website with a cheat database, it's just that it was so user friendly and linked with BSD.

Thanks mike20036, for finding a site that still supports and has the cheat database for BruteForce Save Data. Sad really what happened with PS3Cheating.net. I don't know all the full details of why the site itself suddenly went down, but from what I've read here in the NGU forums it looks like the moderator of that site had some sort of a dispute with another individual or group of people. The moderator then decided to take it upon himself that if he couldn't resolve his own personal issues, and put aside any indifference that he was having with anyone else, that he would make everyone else suffer by force closing and shutting down the site completely.

Off topic here, I noticed that I was required to change my password, and come up with a new password to use for NGU, because I received some sort of notice that my password would be expiring soon ? Interesting that a forum for which I am a member of would require a password change due to expiration. I can honestly say that I am registered with other gaming forums and the like, and have never been required or asked to change my password before to a new one.
I find it kind of funny and strange that this would be a requirement for NGU forums, and unless there have been some sort of updates or maintenance that has been performed to the actual site of NGU itself, I don't even see why this is even necessary.
If this is something that I am going to have to be doing again, then it's going to be a real pain in the :bart: as I don't like having to repeatedly change passwords without any good, given reason as to why I need to do so frequently.

Safety reasons... if the database of passwords was compromised any given time, most passwords won't be useful anymore due to to forced changing of them.

Anyway the password needs to be changed every 70 days or so, but if you use cookies you can postpone it...

i'm trying to update my database so i can hack FAR CRY 3, but it doesn't work, how can i add the cheats to the game? When i try to update my cheat repository, it says these: "Error downloading cheats repository. The server is currently unavailable because it is overloaded... Please try again later"

Just download the bruteforce from here You must login or register to view this content. and install it and you should have the updated cheats.

I download it a few hours ago but i haven't used it. So cheack it youself.
