I'm really sorry about the late release.even this release wasnt planned but just because of people bricking consoles i released this.we are currently working hard on porting COBRA over to 4.55

It is safe, but I'd prefer you to use Rogero's 4.55 CFW. His are more trusted, has more options, and Toggle QA works on his firmware. For some reason since 4.53 Habib's firmwares DO NOT allow you to downgrade besides using a 3.55 Downgrader!

He did not make this, just posted it. Habib made this firmware! There has been no DEX firmwares since 4.46 besides PS3ITA 4.50! If anything PS3ITA team will be the first and only to create a DEX firmware for 4.55. But there still are ways to sign in from 4.50 DEX!

No, you need to downgrade your system to 3.55 using any downgrade flashes or services in order to jailbreak and install this!
