1 Install QA Flag :You must login or register to view this content.
2. Hover over Network Settings and Press L1 + L2 + L3 (press left stick) + R1 + R2 + dpad_down
3 Go to Debug Settings and Enable Debug Update.
4. Install Rogero 3.55 V7 From Recovery.

5. Now that you're On Rogero 3.55 CFW, You can Install 3.55 OFW From Recovery.You can install 3.55 OFW to Convert to Dex or Do Whatever.

Run MinverChk on the PS3.
But PHAT ps3 are downgradable. So find a progskeet or teensy++ or a trusted downgrade service

If i open Toggle qa it gives me an error if i go to settings and do the buttons shit it still not works
