1 Install QA Flag :You must login or register to view this content.
2. Hover over Network Settings and Press L1 + L2 + L3 (press left stick) + R1 + R2 + dpad_down
3 Go to Debug Settings and Enable Debug Update.
4. Install Rogero 3.55 V7 From Recovery.

5. Now that you're On Rogero 3.55 CFW, You can Install 3.55 OFW From Recovery.You can install 3.55 OFW to Convert to Dex or Do Whatever.

you can't use an e3 flasher with certain phat ps3's with nand chips ---only nor chips----------------if you have phat ps3 with nand you will need either a progskeet or teensy ---but you will need to do a lot of soldering unless you can find the 360 clips for nand ------lots of luck
