they're were never real to begin with tbqh. Also i for one have my reasons to why i enjoy looking up on kiosk firmwares for possible methods like that *Install Package Files for instance, To finding out why the option is there and why retail psn pkgs doesn't work on it. so, yeah i do have many reasons!

good luck man ,But honestly There never will be, the install package files is there to install OFFICIAL sony .pkgs, the kind of PS3'S you see in walmart or target, e.t.c They are DEMONSTRATION mode ps3's . That is why it says Demonstration mode when you turn on the Ps3.i'm just Really trying to help you learn.BTW e3 flasher don't really cost that much, around 60-99 last time i checked. also you can send your ps3 to some cheap downgrading services.no point in having a kiosk firmware.

It just distraughts me . A simple search of 4.55 jailbreak on youtube brings up so much shit.Never ever trust youtube.
