go to debug settings and change Boot Mode to Release Mode
restart PS3
open mm
make sure bd mirror is enabled
play game

Im having the same type of problem but its with all my backedup games and I dont know what os up with it and I tried what u said and no luck

I updated to the latest version of MGS5 and I keep getting a message saying I have to update to 4.50 I am on 4.46 D-Rex, is there a way around this?
