To start: I'm still kind of new to posting so feel free to add suggestions. Also, I made sure to check the forums before posting this and couldn't find it, so if somebody else already posted a save editor then then I'm sorry.

Now for the good stuff!

I just so happened to find a save editor for South Park: The Stick of Truth (as the title states). This editor can change level, skill points, money, perk points and experience. I tested this on a non-updated save. and it worked beautifully!

link/tut:

You will need:
-flash drive
-save editor
-WinRAR

TUT:
First, copy your save from your PlayStation to the flash drive then plug the flash drive into your computer. Then download, extract, and open the save editor below. If you don't know how to do any of these steps then please consult another tutorial or youtube. click the load button in the top left corner of the editor, find your save, and open it. No need for Bruteforce, the editor will decrypt and rehash the save for you. Now apply the cheats you want and click save. then put the drive back into the ps3 and play your new save!

just realised that the save editor only works on usa saves not uk ones only
