Make a folder in your usb root called PS3

Inside the PS3 folder make a folder called THEME (all in capital letters )

Drag your downloaded Theme into the folder THEME

Put your usb into the Ps3 port and go to settings/Theme Settings

when you're in theme settings you'll click install and choose your usb stick and install the theme

next click the theme set on the XMB
