I Thought i would Make this tutorial for Some People.
Launching Games from PS3ITA Manager or Iris manager, Any Hermes Port Really should work With it.
Unfortunately, It Will not Work with Multiman, due to it not having the Disc-Less Payload.

Requirements
CFW PS3
PS3ITA Manager
USB OR External HDD
Step 1 : Plug the USB or External HDD into Your PS3.
Step 2 : Launch the Backup manager, We will Use PS3ITA Manager as an Example
Step 3: Press Start, Go to Tools then Down to BDVD Controller, Press Yes.
Step 4:IT Will exit you to XMB, Launch it Again, A Message Should Pop Out.
STEP 5 : Head Over to the Game , Press select, head to Config Game
Settings Should be Tweaked to This
Requires Disc :Yes
Direct Boot:No
Ext. EBOOT.BIN : off
BD Emu :Mount BDVD
ext dev/hddo/game: off
If You are Using This with MW3
Try this :
Requires Disc : no
Direct Boot :No
Ext EBOOT.BIN : off
BD Emu:LIBFS
ext dev/hddo/hame : off
Now Save Config and Launch the Game.
You will exit to the XMB and You will See a disc icon
