Hello guys, please I just need only Experts and coders to answer me !! I already talked to homebrew developers and some coders and I dont want to mention any names at all !! this is one of the convos that I had with a developer
and from personal experience what really confuses me is that I was using my original id for more than 2 years with no bans at all till I start using psn ninja and psn patch and I got banned after 2 weeks of using these 2 apps !! and I kept using them for my other 3 private ids that i own and they got banned so fast too!! I were so stupid and believed that using these apps will spoof my CID and it's called ''CID spoofing method'' but it appears that it's nothing but ''CID stealing method''.
homebrews that let you change your id like ps3ita manager, iris manager and psn patch is difenately somehow steals your id !!this is not prediction this is a fact !! and thats why I'm typing this now !! I just want to know how ?? I thought that the id stealer is just a code that the developer can put it in .exe file only (like RTM Tools) not .pkg files or homebrews !! I know that some homebrews require you to connect to the internet on ur ps3 like iris manager to download covers for your games !! is it possible that while I'm downloading these covers my console info '' CID.....etc'' sent automatically to the developer ?? Please I need answer from an Expert !!
Well, If You Actually Sign Off When You Use Those Kind Of Homebrew You Wouldt Get Banned Think Out Side The BoX [] -> Only Use Multiman Online IT Wouldent Get You Banned

Interesting. It is possible that psnpatch can be used by the developer to steal CiD's. What a point. I never thought that could be the reason why I lost a few of my CiD's but now I can only image, what if?

Without even having to read the thread and just the title I can only think one thing. ConsoleID stealers are lame, if you need a console id be a normal person and don't steal, downgrade your own PS3 or just go out and buy one for like 20-30$. Hopefully anybody that does ConsoleID steal with tools and stuff reads this reply because you guys are just like bank robbers you steal.
Old thread and pointless no proof posted that prove that this was caused by the homebrew could've just been a ban wave / modding tools you used at the time no way to make a CID 100% safe, closed. If you find solid proof that this caused the CID to be "Stolen" PM me and i will re-open the thread.
