How are they being 'gay'? You chose to violate their terms of service, so thus comes the consequences. It's not an i-Device. You're not legally allowed to jailbreak a PS3. Anyone who says different is an idiot. Say you jailbreak an iPhone or root an Android, you're in your right to do so, and for the time being, Apple/Google/Samsung/whoever else can't do anything about it except void your warranty. Though there's some iffy-ness about modifying a tablet. Jailbreaking PS3 on the other hand. Let's face it, what's the highest point of interest for jb owners? Pirated games. What's not legal? Pirating games. Sony is only doing what they've sworn, time and time again, to do, and by ignoring their ToS and User Agreement, you admit ignorance.

Been seeing alot of "f*ck Sony this" and "f*ck Sony that" recently. It's quite ridiculous to say the least.
I must say, if I personally get banned I will be a bit upset but I'm not going to go on stupid internet rant against Sony.

Nobody even knows if they intended to patch the spoofers when they changed servers. For all we know they just changed servers. Don't kno if it was cause more ppl are going to PS4 so they need a smaller server or cause the ddos from lizard squad. But this server required the firmwares keys to be on 4.66 from my understanding recent spoofers only patched the flash so that it appeared on 4.xx not actually changing the keys. So they could have patched previous spoofs with out even trying to.

Well then the CID was banned when you got it idk. Maybe things were different back then.. But I'm sure that's how it works now!

Well there is still no evidence that that was the case. There are multiple things that could've cause that. Either way trust me when I see that's how things work nowadays.
