5. Issue with new ode patches while cobra disabled has been fixed (games with updates refuse to run)
(cobra mode will have 100% ode compatibility)

Go psn patch, press select disable spoofer

that was the first thing i thought to do but there is no option to do so, any ideas?

Try install new psn patch and look there

How can i make ccapi 2.60 rev3 worrk on habib 4.70 starbucks CEX , with the Webman 1.41.30 with the option of disabling syscalls on startup. It worked on 4.66 habib cfw CEX, but now it doesnt work .When i turn on the ps3 the webman loads but then i get an error regarding CCAPI It saiys "CCAPI could not be started with the error 0x60000087". What should i do ? Please help me .
