Pretty sure.BAT files is what gives your system fake viruses.

LOL, its just a mass ping script, its like a mini dos (denial of service) attack to the proxy server that slows down your connection to it and eats up a miniscule ammoutn of its bandwidth. i guess its to give you a little bit more time wen doing the prestige hack?
