- ok now you have notepad opened type in the following
"ping -t -l 60000 193.231.17.65"
4 then go to File-> Save as -> WirelessLagswitch.BAT
- you must use the .bat extension if not, it wont work.

Just for clarification purposes, the .bat extension isn't a virus. It's simply an automated Command Prompt. If you are concerned about the legitimacy of a batch (.bat) file, then you can right-click the batch file and click "Edit" to view the contents of the file. The layout inside is basically commands that you can/would put into Command Prompt which are then processed automatically when you run the batch file.

Hope this clear some issues and questions up with some people.
