The only problem I am having is that I am unable to use the PSN Store. I get a message to download the Psn Store (42mb) and when it’s at 55% I get an error code (80023324). The only reason why i want to enter the PSN Store is so I can continue doing Psn Custom Avatars for my friends. I tried contacting multiple YouTubers and none of them have a soultion for me. If you guys know how to fix this issue please let me know, thank you.

There's 1000s of avatar folders on here and other places why do u need the store? I wouldn't even risk using it..

I want to make my own custom avatars, all the 1000’s avatar are aids, i was doing it before but then this happened. Does your psn store work?
